Santa Cruz Works Work-Life Survey, Plus a Free Community Giveaway

Work, Live, Build: Santa Cruz County Survey

Santa Cruz Works is inviting the community to take part in a new community survey designed to help shape what comes next.

The survey is a chance for individuals and companies across the Santa Cruz Works network to share feedback on what is working, what could be improved, and what kinds of programs, events, and benefits they want to see more of in the future. Responses will help guide how Santa Cruz Works continues to serve the local innovation community.

To encourage participation, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a free giveaway featuring gifts from a growing list of sponsors, including Woodstock’s Pizza, Mission Hill Creamery, UpperCrust, MERGE4, Laili, Pleasure Pizza, Big Basin Vineyards, Humble Sea, and Chaminade Resort and Spa, with more to come.

Winners will be announced on May 7.

The survey is open to both Santa Cruz Works members and partners, and is intended to gather feedback across the organization’s broad community - from individual professionals and founders to startup teams, established companies, and ecosystem supporters.

As Santa Cruz Works continues to expand its programming, partnerships, and member benefits, this feedback will play an important role in helping the organization better understand what the community values most and where there is room to improve.

Whether your focus is networking, events, visibility, startup support, professional growth, or community connection, this is an opportunity to help influence the next phase of Santa Cruz Works.

Why it matters

Strong communities are built with feedback. This survey is a simple way for members and partners to help Santa Cruz Works refine its offerings and make sure future programs and benefits are aligned with what the community actually wants and needs.

It is also a chance to win something fun in the process.

Complete the survey by April 30th at 11:59 PM to be entered into the giveaway. Winners will be announced May 7.
