There are four divisions in the competition:
• Venture Division is open to businesses that are intended to scale and provide venture-investor level returns.
• Main Street Division is open to small businesses,
• Social Venture Division for non-profit and for-profit businesses with a social mission. This is a new division in 2019.
• Student Division is open to students in high school, community colleges, colleges, and graduate schools.

• Cash prizes for winners in each division.
