Guardian Agriculture Launches First Commercial eVTOL Operations in Salinas for Sustainable Farming

Guardian Agriculture, a leading developer of electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) systems, has announced its groundbreaking entry into commercial operations, becoming the first eVTOL manufacturer to do so. The company has started utilizing its aviation-grade eVTOL aircraft for crop spraying in California's Salinas Valley. In March 2023, Guardian received FAA approval to operate its eVTOLs across the U.S., a first for any commercial eVTOL. The company is also part of the FAA's Integration Partnership Agreement, advising on the integration of eVTOLs into the National Airspace System. Distinguished for being the only autonomous, electric, aerial crop protection system designed for large-scale agriculture, Guardian has already secured over $100 million in customer orders. All systems are designed and manufactured in the U.S., bolstering national competitiveness and security.
