Pescavore is pioneering a new category in the $4.9 billion U.S. meat snack market by introducing a first-of-its-kind, snackable seafood product. At Pescavore, we are committed to changing the seafood industry for the better. We believe in preserving and protecting our shared natural resources and the livelihoods of those who depend on them. Our philosophy centers around innovation, using only sustainable, wild-caught seafood to create clean, lean, and flavorful marine protein snacks. Our signature product, tuna jerky strips, are made from responsibly caught ahi tuna, marinated with premium ingredients, and naturally wood-smoked in small batches. This process ensures that our snacks are rich in flavor, texture, and nutrients, with significantly less salt and sugar than traditional jerky.

The U.S. seafood market faces significant challenges, with over 90% of seafood consumed domestically being imported. This leads to quality and traceability issues, sustainability concerns, and even fraud. Pescavore addresses these problems by sourcing seafood directly from U.S. fisheries, ensuring that our products are not only sustainable but also support local economies and protect our environment.

We are thrilled to participate in Blue Innovation Day 2024 because it aligns perfectly with Pescavore’s mission to revolutionize the seafood industry through sustainability, innovation, and social impact. This event is an incredible opportunity to showcase how our products not only offer a delicious and nutritious alternative to traditional snacks but also contribute to preserving our oceans and supporting local economies. At Pescavore, we’re committed to making a positive difference, and Blue Innovation Day is the perfect platform to share our vision with the community.

Our commitment to innovation has led us to create a product that offers 450% more omega-3 fatty acids, 51% less sodium, and 560% less sugar than the leading jerky brands, all while maintaining a 95% lower carbon footprint. Our ahi tuna is sourced from a fleet in San Pedro, California, and processed locally, reducing environmental impact and supporting American workers.

Since our launch in 2018, Pescavore has grown rapidly, now available in over 1,000 locations across the U.S. We’ve also garnered recognition and support from industry leaders, including winning the prestigious Spark Change Nexty award and participating in programs like the Chobani Incubator and Target Takeoff.

Pescavore stands at the intersection of the shelf-stable seafood and meat snack markets, offering a premium, healthy, and tasty alternative to traditional snacks. With our fully U.S.-based, vertically integrated supply chain, we are poised for rapid scaling and continued success in transforming the seafood industry.
