The Chef Ann Foundation’s Healthy School Food Pathway (HSFP) Pre-Apprenticeship Program is a paid, 7-week learning experience designed to prepare individuals for careers in healthy, scratch-cook food operations and related fields like culinary arts, nutrition, and sustainable food systems. The program is open to anyone 18+ and is available in English and Spanish.
The Spring 2025 application is open now through January 31, 2025 at 10:59pm PT. The Spring 2025 program runs from March 31 to May 23, 2025.
