The six-county Uplift Central Coast Coalition – led by REACH, the EDC and MBEP – would like to invite you to our final working session to help shape our regional application for the Community Economic Resilience Fund (CERF).

At this regional working session, we will review and discuss the building blocks of our application based on community iteration and feedback including:

Governance

Developing a way of working to organize for inclusion and success

Stakeholder Engagement

Mapping out thoughtful strategies and methods to engage residents in the planning process

Data and Research

Understanding existing data on our region and potential gaps

Capacity Building

Exploring ways to support organizations to participate and engage in the CERF planning process

High Road Training Collaborative

The growing list of Uplift Collaborators who have committed to participate in the phase 1 process

Budget

High-level spending plan for the application

We will then break into smaller working groups to spot gaps, gather feedback, and refine the application.
