Cloud Brigade has (re-)launched our meetups now that we are living in a post-covid world. With our team working fully remote, we made the decision to repurpose our office at The Wrigley Building into a learning and events center. In the summer of 2022, we ran multiple internship programs with 16 interns, some of whom attended in person.

In 2023 Cloud Brigade is kicking off three meetup groups:

Santa Cruz AWS User Group - a group for anyone interested in Amazon Web Services and building in the cloud. Our goal is to share knowledge, talk about building solutions on AWS, exploring the certification process, and more. This group's next meetup will be on April 4th.

Santa Cruz DeepRacer Meetup Group - a group for anyone interested in racing self driving toy cars, and the machine learning behind the AWS DeepRacer platform. We will cover DeepRacer model training, provide racing events, and advanced topics around model strategies and improvement. The group will meet on April 11.

Santa Cruz Machine Learning Meetup Group - a group to explore Machine Learning concepts, frameworks, and approaches to processing data and building models. This group is agnostic to cloud providers and technology, anything goes.
