SC Accelerates Pare Connects Founders

Santa Cruz Works is excited to share some of the applicants who have applied to our Santa Cruz Accelerates Program. We will be featuring a handful of startups each week!

A snapshot of the problem your startup will solve to make the world a better place: Pare is building a platform that connects startup founders to applicants through qualified referrals. In a nutshell, we are providing founders access to top qualified & professional leads, who are from diverse communities and backgrounds saving 100's of hours weeding out unqualified candidates and 1/10th the cost of recruitment agencies. This in turn provides the referrers an option to earn money up to $5000 passively (through referral rewards) while helping their network and being a part of the D&I initiative at the same time.

Currently, employers are able to post free jobs on the platform by filling in basic job information and sharing the referral bonus which is usually 2-5% of the employee salary and is paid only once a candidate is hired. These employers are curated and only be on-boarded by the team manually. The platform provides users the ability to start referring (we call them Scouts) by quickly signing up on the account. They can refer other professionals by sharing their exclusive referral link for each job or by quickly sharing a LinkedIn profile. They can also track the status for each referrer by visiting the dashboard in their Pare profile. In the future, the platform will be focused on providing qualified leads for global positions and also provide them access to the top hiring solutions like AI, CRM, Invoice Tracking to reduce their manual work effort.
