Santa Cruz Works Adds Advisory Council

The Santa Cruz Works Board agreed to add an advisory council (“Council”). The purpose of the Council is to be a “community compass”, to bring fresh ideas into the organization’s objectives and goals. For example, is there more Santa Cruz Works could be doing to support entrepreneurs, local hiring, skills development, or focus on verticals such as biotech, global warming initiatives, etc. The Council will meet for 1 hour on the last Friday of every month. Council members were nominated and invited by the Board of Santa Cruz Works.
