NDC Economic Development Lending offers flexible lending to small businesses in Santa Cruz County. They provide COVID-19 Emergency Loans up to $50,000 and Recovery & Growth Loans up to $500,000.

There are two programs:

The First is for loans up to $50,000

This is a streamline application process. The terms are 3.75% at 7 years.

The Second option is for loans over $50,000 up to $500,000. The money can be used to purchase equipment, machinery, or vehicles for the business.
